Rice Gallery presents one kind of art: installation. Five times a year, we invite an artist to create a single work of art that transforms our space. When you walk into Rice Gallery, you enter the art and move through it.

By making a donation to Rice Gallery, you contribute to the creation of new works of art.

Rice Gallery Members

Members provide direct support for Rice Gallery’s outstanding exhibition and educational programs. Members receive invitations to openings and special events, recognition on Rice Gallery’s web site and printed materials, and an exhibition catalogue.

Rice Gallery Patrons

Rice Gallery Patrons are a special group of donors who provide the primary support for exhibitions. Patrons’ commitment allows the gallery to bring to Houston some of today’s most dynamic artists. Patrons receive all exhibition catalogues published by the gallery. Patrons’ support is recognized on Rice Gallery’s web site and all printed materials, and each year they are welcomed at a special dinner in their honor.
